Welcome to MoonLight Nail. My name is Kendra, and I am an independent nail technician based in Burlington, VT. I provide a comprehensive range of nail services at my salon, including nail extensions and manicures. My primary specialization is in gel products. As an independent nail technician, I maintain a policy of non-refundable and non-transferable deposits. However, deposits may be transferred if an appointment needs to be moved more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be retained. Should I need to decline a service due to medical concerns and recommend a podiatrist, the deposit will be retained as compensation for my time. Please note that MoonLight Nails does not offer massage services beyond those included with standard manicure or pedicure treatments. CANCELLATION POLICY
As an independent nail technician, the following policies are in place: * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless an appointment reschedule is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit made at the time of booking. * As an independent professional, I value both my time and yours. Punctuality for all appointments is greatly appreciated. * A late fee of $5 to $10 will be applied for arrivals 5 to 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. * A late fee of $15 will be applied for arrivals 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time and may result in cancellation of appointment due to the appointment running in to the next scheduled appointment or I may not be able to to do art work * In instances where a service must be declined due to medical concerns and a referral to a podiatrist is necessary, the deposit will be retained to compensate for the allocated time.
